I've been a huge fan of MMA since I was in high school, but when it comes down to competing against other athletes at my level, it's not easy to come out on top.

Prepare your body - eat right, drink water, and exercise regularly
It's so important to stay healthy, and the best way is through eating right. Eat a balanced diet with lots of fruit for an energy boost that will last all day long! If you're looking at getting more calories than try adding some protein in there too like eggs or beans - they'll keep you full longer than carbs alone would do. Drink plenty of water each day because our body needs fluids while we work hard on keeping ourselves hydrated during exercise sessions which should be done 3 times per week max but no more than once every two days as any extra drinking could lead to dehydration issues if not replenished properly.
Choose a weight class that suits you best
If you're new to weightlifting, it's best to choose a class that will allow for your safety.

If your body needs sleep to recover from these intense sessions in order to properly synthesize fresh protein synthesis & knit together damaged muscle fibers with oxygen richARDS?! Then listen up because it's really important - get enough zzzzs each night!
The tiredness I feel after workouts could be caused by lack thereof (not getting enough) which leads me into doing/ Saying more dangerous things without thinking about what I'm saying or how my words will affect other people around me.
